For this intimate four-hands dinner, Chef Martial Blanchon—owner and chef of Caves Madeleine, one of Burgundy’s most revered dining institutions—joins Chef Craig Richards for a four-course menu inspired by the iconic dishes that have defined Caves Madeleine. Reinterpreted with precision and executed exclusively for Atlanta, the evening offers a rare opportunity to experience the culinary soul of Beaune through a shared dialogue between two celebrated kitchens.
Joining the chefs is Arnaud Baillot, one of Burgundy’s most compelling young vignerons, who will pour his wines personally throughout the evening—bottles that speak with clarity to place, restraint, and intent.
