What Sets Us Apart

Not widely seen

There are wines you see everywhere.
And then there are the ones that move quietly—through restaurant lists, private clients, and those paying attention. Brick & Mortar falls into the latter. Always part of our program, but rarely offered in a focused way like this.

CFW Verified

We work closely with a small number of producers whose wines consistently deliver—both in quality and in integrity.

CFW Verified is not a list.
It’s a standard. Brick & Mortar is part of that group.

Made with intention

What defines them is restraint. Coastal California sites that bring natural freshness and structure, handled with a light touch.
Nothing overworked. Nothing forced. A style that leans more toward Burgundy than California as most expect—focused on energy, texture, and precision rather than weight.

They’re especially known for their sparkling wines—clean, mineral, and layered without excess.

Worth having on hand

This is the kind of producer people tend to find early—
and then wish they had bought more of.
